Lauren & Derek

Destination weddings are always fun, but this one was truly memorable! Not only did we get to spend the weekend at the historical Mystic Seaport in CT, but we were able to witness the nuptials of an honorary "Heyn." Since the third grade, Lauren has been inseparable with John's two twin daughters, both of which were apart of the wedding party. Her and Derek planned a beautiful nautical themed wedding, which is portrayed throughout all of her pictures.

We were so honored to be a part of both Lauren and Derek's day and are looking forward to witnessing their marriage grow. Best wishes to you both!

Mary Catherine & Anthony

Mary Catherine and Anthony will definitely be one of the most memorable bride and grooms in the history of Heyn Photography! Mary Catherine turned the heat up as soon as the day kicked off when she struted around in front of our favorite backdrop..a bright RED wall!! Mary Catherine and Anthony met at Seton Hall University so it only seemed fitting to enjoy their wedding day there! Despite the down pour of rain allll day long..the newly weds were amazing, not skipping a beat. We absolutely love these two and wish them the best!!

Melissa & Ken

It was a beautiful, hot, sunny day in July when Melissa and Ken tied the knot at St. Catherine's church in Holmdel. The couple and their bridal party managed to beat the heat at our all time favorite park, Deep Cut Gardens! Melissa chose fun and flirty bridemaids dresses that quickly became an up and coming color trend. The reception was held at the Molly Pitcher Inn where Melissa and Ken were happily surprised by Red Bank's 4th fof July fireworks! It was an all around great day!!

Kelly & Matt

Every couple has their own unique idea of their perfect wedding day and Kelly and Matt had just that! The two planned an elegant morning wedding..something we definitely don't see too often but we had an amazing time photographing! Their ceremony and reception were at The Palace in Somerset, NJ and it was nothing short of a GRAND location for the day!

Tracy & Adam

Tracy and Adam planned a gorgeous backyard wedding for us to photograph! We started off with Tracy preparing for the big day, and then met up with Adam and their two adorable dogs! After some fun on the beach with the two, we headed home to Tracy's mother's house for a beautiful backyard reception!

The day couldn't have gone more perfectly and we wish Tracy and Adam only the best!

Elizabeth & Will

Elizabeth and Will met at college across the country in Colorado, yet ventured back to the bride's childhood home of the Jersey Shore for a beautiful, traditional wedding. We were greeted by the familiar face of Amy, Elizabeth's cousin and one our past brides, when we first entered the home! With the weather just right, we started our day in what seemed like the perfect park setting..that was actually Elizabeth's parents backyard!! We then made our way to the Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank where we had a gorgeous ceremony led by Will's best man, Bret. The couple and their guests then danced the night away with our favorite DJ Jay, from Sound Connection Entertainment!! We wish the couple only the best!!

Jennifer & Kevin

Jennifer & Kevin's love bloomed out of once a friendship into a gorgeous springtime park wedding! Jennifer kept her day pretty and playful by choosing daisies and yellow bridesmaids dresses to go with our Lake Shannondoah backdrop. Kevin kept up with his role in the day by bringing out the car of all muscle cars..a jet black Shelby!!

The two added a touch of humor walking down the aisle of St. Alloysius Chuch (which we thought was gorgeous) with "this is your last chance to run" sign that had the whole church giggling. The absolute highlight of our day was watching the couple officially become a family of three with Kevin's daughter, Kaylee..the day was simply beautiful and we are so happy we were there to take part in it!
